Chocolate:  Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Solids, Agave Nectar

Caramela: cocoa butter, cocoa solids, agave nectar, ground whole vanilla bean;  additions include sun dried, sulfite free cranberries, cherries or Swiss coffee.

Ganache:  chocolate, grade A maple syrup, black currant concentrate.

Mignardise:  

Layer 1 of Caramela (cocoa butter, cocoa solids, agave nectar, ground whole vanilla bean)

Layer 2 of Ganache (chocolate whipped with added agave nectar. Frutta includes black currants, Caffe includes Swiss coffee, Maple includes grade A maple syrup).

Layer 3 of Crispy Base (caramela, brown rice crisps.  Frutta includes sun dried, sulfite free cherries, black currants and cranberries, Caffe includes Swiss coffee.)

Truffle:  chocolate, grade A maple syrup, cherry concentrate.

Embellishments:  Ground dried blueberry, cranberry, coffee, sea salt, orange peel.
